My name is Rachel, I'm 26, and a tattoo artist/illustrator from Western New York. I have 4 cats who are the loves of my life along w/ my wonderful fiance. I love to read when Im not drawing, especially history, and through old newspapers. I've been a part of the mental health, disability, and LGBTQ+ communities for many years and was previously pursuing a degree in social work/history pre 2020, before dropping out and focusing on my art and tattooing. Im currently taking a step back from tattooing for health reasons, and I hope to return in the near future! In such a polarized world, I strongly believe that art, radical empathy, and human connections are the path to a more collaborative society for us all, and I'm so lucky to be able to share my art with people <3

Note: I don't use AI in my artwork and everything is made either traditionally (pen, paper, paints) or with clip studio paint/procreate and a drawing tablet. I wanted to find a way to share my art outside of tattoos, and for the last year Ive been experimenting with ways to make my own prints and stickers so that I could have the most control over the quality/price of art I share with everyone and keep it as accessible as possible <3 I hope to figure out making videos of my process at some point, but my biggest goal is to inspire and show others the power creating has on the world and our souls.
