Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products (art prints and stickers), all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at rachelkerrart@gmail.com. I will be happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item(s) in your message.

Order Cancellations
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email me at rachelkerrart@gmail.com if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
