Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving payment. Custom orders or large quantities may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic orders: 5-7 business days
- International orders: 10-21 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and delays can sometimes happen due to postal services or customs clearance.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped (if applicable). You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). I’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping to the Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. If you realize an error in your shipping information, please contact me ASAP.
